We’ve been crafting beautiful iron doors for more than a decade. It all started when our founders, Rick and Victoria Reid, decided to pursue their passion for craftsmanship and design. Victoria has played a major role in the success of Handcrafted Iron Doors. Rick and Victoria make a great team with their experience of 30+ years as entrepreneurs. Victoria has a passion for design and consults in every area of the business. She is detail oriented and pursues excellence in all she does.
Logan Brown joined Handcrafted Iron Doors in 2018 as our CFO with a bachelor's degree in finance from Slippery Rock University. Logan has an incredible capacity to multitask and keep our business organized. He is a key member of our management team and is the KING of excel spreadsheets!
Stryker Reid, Rick and Victoria's son, joined our sales team and they could not be more thrilled! Stryker has always had a passion for business and loves working with people. His sense of humor and hard work ethic make a winning combination.
Chandler Miller, our son-in-law, and Jessica, our daughter, started with us at the beginning of 2021. Chandler is a part of our sales team. He is a hard-worker and diligent in all he does. He loves serving our clients to make sure every detail is right. Jessica helps with marketing, design, and administrative work. Before joining, they were in full-time missions for a few years with an organization called YWAM (Youth with a Mission). They lead a mission’s trip to Brazil for three months and one to the U.S. during the peak of the pandemic to bring hope and peace in the midst of chaos. They bring a fresh perspective to our business. We love working alongside them and their little pup, Maisy! She is the Handcrafted Iron Doors team mascot and comes to work with us everyday!
Mike Renaldi also joined the sales team in late 2019. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and project management so you will know your project will be done right and on time. Mike is professional, diligent, and faithful to our team. We call him "Uncle Mike'!
Luke is Rick and Victoria's "adopted son". He is an excellent installer, loyal, and extremely hard-working. We are blessed to have him as part of our family. Luke loves to be out on the water in his free time and is best friends with Stryker.
Lucila Federowski is our Office Coordinator. She brings zeal and a lot of joy to our team! She is excellent with organization and gets things done! Lucila loves spending time with her family and hosting friends that come to visit from up North.
Anastasia Toropov is our Production Coordinator. She brings a lot of laughter and fun to our team! She has a keen eye for detail and makes sure the doors ordered are the doors made. She loves photography and spending time at the beach for sunsets.
Yanko Jimenez is one of our experienced installers. He has a big heart and does everything with excellence. You can count on Yanko! He loves spending time with his wife and enjoying the Florida lifestyle of fishing and the outdoors.
Kenny is one of the newest members of our HCID team. He is hardworking and has become a beloved member of the family. He is consistent - always has a positive attitude to get the job done! He has a great sense of humor too!
Holden Bentley is our newest team member and has proven himself immensely. He knows the value of hard work and is always ready to go! Holden loves to fish and spend time on the water with his buddies.
Christina Melody joined our HCID Team this year. She specializes in marketing. Her experience is an asset to our company to help us share the heart of what we do and what we offer here at Handcrafted Iron Doors. She does everything with excellence and creativity. She is married to her husband, Brendan, and is the mom of their young son, Noah. She loves spending time with her family. Her mother is Lucila, our Office Coordinator! Our family continues to grow!
